New High-Efficiency PSU for DS14 Shelf

While not as exciting as telsa coils playing music, it's now possible to save about 10% in power usage with the new high-efficiency power supply units (AC only) for the DS14 shelf family (DS14mk2 FC/AT and DS14mk4).

Going forward, high-efficiency PSUs are being shipped with all new orders.
